I was initially hesitant to try yoga, given my background in gym for fitness. As a doctor, I wasn’t convinced that yoga would offer anything unique, especially considering my already active lifestyle. However, thanks to the encouragement of my wife, a regular student of Master Shino’s, I decided to give it a shot. And I’m forever grateful that I did!
